I'm way overdue in building an online visual portfolio for myself. I'd need one if I'm going into freelancing web-design. I thumb through my archives and realized I miss doing graphics. It's been a while since I made something new, and it became too much in-between juggling other projects and setting deadlines for myself. I want to catch up to it.
I have a thing for making seasonal playlists and mixtapes for myself. It's too easy putting together all of my radio show tracklists to make imaginary cassette j-cards, vinyl labels, and CD tray artwork. These ideas are separate from the genres; so these designs aren't meant to line up. That's the beauty of it.
I like to find or create things that are special, rare, or secret. If you get something out of it - an idea, curiosity, or an experience - then that's great. I'd know only if you tell me.
More to come...
