The Cretaceonist is about a Beastars-esque world where herbivorous species and carnivorous species of dinosaurs have beef with each other. The K-Pg extinction never happened in this universe and due to the dinosaurae naturally outcompeting mammals, humans never evolved. Dinosaurae however gained full sentience and are by all means, an intelligent species. They have primitive tool making, religion, social order, territories, etc. Basically warrior cats but make it therapods I guess.
