I will not forgive anyone who sees this post and ignores us.

I am writing these words with tears streaming down my face. I can no longer bear this pain. My wife is suffering from a severe deficiency in vitamins, especially vitamin D, and she urgently needs surgery to save her life. Her body is growing weaker day by day, malnutrition is stealing her strength, and I stand helpless watching her suffer.

All I wish for is to see her alive and healthy. Please help us provide healthy food, her medications, and fund the surgery that could save her life.

How can a mother’s heart deny her child a piece of candy, or stop him from sharing it with his peers?

How can she explain to her child that deprivation is not cruelty, but fear for his life?

My sister is forced to do this. Her child has diabetes you can read about his condition at the link here.

Sweets made specifically for people with diabetes are expensive and beyond her ability to afford, especially when her child also needs other essentials such as diapers and insulin treatment, which is not always available.

At the same time, she is barely managing to support her large family of nine under these harsh conditions, with no source of income.

Every day, she stands between two painful choices:

to protect her child’s health, or to secure the basic necessities of life for an entire family.

What heart can endure such a struggle?

first of all obviously not, thats such a bad faith argument for the sake of arguing and i think you know it is

second of all its weird thats the first thing you thought of? its weird that you went to such an extreme? since you allowed bad faith arguments into the discussion i could argue its reasonable for me to think you might wanna evil murder someone based on how quickly you thought of that

Watching world militaries destroy civilians and feeling powerless is excruciating.

It makes you wish that there were SOMEONE who could stop it, SOMEONE with the power and the drive to do good. A superhero. Because what can regular old people like us with no government position or authority possibly do to help?

But remember that they WANT you to feel powerless. They want your heart so heavy that you can't bear the weight, they want you to be too depressed to do anything at all, they WANT you to believe there's nothing you can do. But they're wrong.

Donating to a campaign doesn't feel as dramatic an impact as being able to swoop in like a superhero and save someone from a burning building, but just because we don't see the impact of donations with our eyes doesn't mean it isn't saving lives.

Sharing their suffering means boosting their support. Sharing means remembering their pain. Sharing means we haven't taken our eyes off them. And we never will.
