All papyruses need glasses.
Edge has a pair but only uses then when necessary because he's afraid it makes him look less threatening.
Classic doesn't really... care? since he's gone most his life without them, he just forgets to use them most of the time.
Mutt has no trouble wearing his, but he doesn't wear them all the time, takes them off when needed to not further damage his sight.
Cash on the other hand doesn't give a fuck, he either wears them all the time or doesn't. He doesn't have any issue with not looking badass or whatever though, it's based mostly on convenience; if his glasses aren't within reach as he wakes up he just won't look for them.
Strech willingly does not put them on, mainly to piss of his brother or you. When needed though, he does wear them. Though he always looks like a grandma when he does.
Birch is either SUPER blind, or has 20/20 sight. Perfect sight makes sense given he had to hunt and stuff, but if his sight is utter TRASH, he wears glasses constantly. He cannot see anything without them.
I think these are the main ones? My headcanon that papyrus needs glasses needs to be said. I think it came from another blog but i don't remember who it was that said it. Still, they were fucking right.
Also, i'm pretty new to Cash and Mutt so if their characterization is bad, so sorry, I thought they were the other for a hot second in my life T-T

WAIT YES THESE ARE SO ADORABLE??????? I've never considered poor eyesight to be an inherent Papyrus-type trait but now I am getting on this train with you. Now I'm gonna expand on these and pick some frames I think they'd wear hehe
Papyrus would insist that his eyesight is perfectly fine and then stand within inches of the TV. He's definitely wearing something with an eccentric shape. You can't tell me he wouldn't rock these:
Stretch is putting on those stupid ass prank glasses with the big nose and mustache attached whenever Blue tells him to go put them on. I think he'd wear browline frames with a little chain attached like an old stereotypical librarian
Edge definitely HATES his and like you said only uses them when absolutely necessary. I think he'd have that squinty rectangular type of frame that every kid gets when they first start wearing them in like 2nd grade. I think he would upgrade to some sick aviators once on the surface and feel more comfortable with using them
Mutt has a couple different pairs, and they're all stylish but also very unique. He favors the thick plastic frames over wire ones, and he wears the clear ones most often. Also his glasses are dirty and smudged as fuck at all times and he just doesn't notice/care.
You're so right Cash is unbothered as hell about his glasses. If he can't read something because he forgot to wear them, then he just shrugs it off and makes an educated guess. He has some rimless glasses that look very expensive but he pulls off super well, despite the eyepatch.
Birch definitely has trash sight, solely because I think he looks really cute in glasses and also with braces. He keeps his sparkly clean and well taken care of, and he wears round glasses with classy silver rims
sick and tired of people saying "i can reclaim [x slur] its fine!" because almost every single time they are not reclaiming it at all. they're using it exactly how it was intended.
heres a little scenario. imagine you're a gay man, who proudly calls himself the f slur as a way to describe his own identity. this is an act of reclamation. you are taking something, in this instance a slur, which was originally used to hurt you and people like you, and making it something positive about your identity.
here's another one. imagine again that you are a gay man, but this time you angrily call someone the f slur with intent to offend and insult them. this is not you reclaiming that slur. this is just using an offensive slur. exactly how it was first used. being gay does not erase your capability of being bigoted.
this applies for any slur. these are just examples. "im gay, i can reclaim the f slur" does not mean "i can use the f slur hatefully against other people just because im gay."
