what is the god state?

the god state isn’t about ego,it’s about consciousness. It is the realization that you are the architect, the author, and the observer of your reality. In this state, there is no "wanting" because you already are.

think of the 3D as a delayed reflection or a shadow. if you move your hand, the shadow moves a second later. if you don't like what the shadow is doing, you don't try to "fix" the shadow you change the movement of your hand.

acknowledge, don't react: when you see something you don't like (e.g., an empty bank account), say: "this is just a reflection of my past thoughts. it’s old news."

2. Your Subconscious is a "Yes Man"

Your subconscious mind doesn't have a sense of humor, and it cannot argue. It simply accepts whatever you tell it most often.

• Bad Mental Diet: "I hope I shift tonight, but I probably won't. My 3D life is so annoying."

• The Result: The subconscious says "Okay, shifting is hard and your life is annoying."

3. How to "Eat" a Proper Mental Diet

It isn't about "toxic positivity" or pretending you don't have problems. It's about rejecting and redefining these thoughts. Because these negative thoughts do not serve you. So that means that we are revising negative statements made in the mind and replace them with positive ones, validating our desired story. So whenever you catch yourself thinking unfavourably, you a "flip" that thought on the spot, then and there.

For the shifting community, the biggest hurdle is often "attachment to the CR" (Current Reality) or having negative thoughts. A mental diet helps you:

• Detach: By flipping these negative thoughts.

• Assume: By assuming that you have shifted or you can also affirm.

• Normalize: By making the idea of being in your DR feel natural to your subconscious.
