that post was about you

@robothipdips

Is that a gender in your pocket or are you just happy to see us? Blue, tf 90s botgirl too many interests, too little energy Trans rights are human rights.

I want a sleep paralysis demon that soothingly reads lorem ipsum to me and tucks me in. This would fix me I think.

So achey... wouldn't be surprised if I wasn't getting enough iron. There's the consequences of getting out more, and that'll adapt, unsure why my arms and shoulders are sore though. Not doing so much with them lately. At least whatever was causing the incessant itching has mostly passed. Not a clue what that was about, was driving me nuts.

Today my G305 started double clicking ;c that was there to replace my Razer Naga Pro Wireless started double-clicking. I got that to replace my G502 Lightspeed, which started double-clicking, which was if memory serves, to replace another G502 which was double clicking, which was to replace a G600 that started double-clicking. I'm starting to feel like the problem, but the thing is my hands aren't exactly strong and fatigue too easily to click hard let alone regularly, so I don't understand. Can't replace it right now, can just about cover my basics for the time being. Frustrating. That's 5 in a row that have failed in the exact same way... from different brands decades and price brakcets. I cannot be buying a wireless mouse yearly...

ah okay so the middle button on my backup wired mouse from forever ago double or triple clicks on the middle button… wth do I do now

Last book: Modern Man in Search of a Soul by Carl Jung translated by W. S. Dell and Cary F. Baynes -- first read this in college and recently it's occurred to me 1. that was sort of a while ago atp and 2. i don't have the strongest recollection of college in general. so i've been trying to go back through a few philosophical texts i remember enjoying and some that i never got around to.

Last song: Buggin' Out by A Tribe Called Quest -- as i write this actually lol. usually during the winter months i tend to listen to a lot darkwave and first wave emo, but recently i've been listening to a lot more of what i would typically consider summer music for me (by and large consisting of much less depressing stuff) which i think bodes well for my general state ?

Last Movie: Pumpkinhead II: Blood Wings directed by Jeff Burr -- ok listen...i gotta be honest, for someone who was once a filmmaker i am very bad at watching movies. i have seen this film a few times and it is. well it sure is a film. however i have a deep love and appreciation of b horror and this movie scratches an itch for me and also andy robinson stars in it

Last Series: The Sentinel -- yeah, i dipped my toe in out of pure curiosity and got sucked into the yaoi whirlpool on this one. it's gonna get rough methinks

Sweet or Salty: salty

Coffee or Tea: coffee, mainly for utility's sake

Working on: finding a less stressful job, learning to draw, my wip, moving out of state within the year, and i have some mushrooms fruiting right now

Last book: To be honest, I haven't read fiction in a long time, idk why. Lately, i've only been reading abt Andy lol. The last time i read a lot was abt 3 years ago. That's when i discovered Truman Capote for myself. I bought Allgemeine Psychopathologie by Karl Jaspers at the same time but i still haven't read that book. it just didn't matter to me anymore at some point. like everything else i guess.

Last song: you're gonna laugh but it was Absolutely the End by... Andy Robinson lol! it's 1968 stuff, i came across this album on youtube and i just thought i'd listen it and i love it, really! bc i love that time and i absolutely love 60s music, always loved. And i remember that today is Syd Barrett's birthday...

Last Movie: it was The Drowning Pool! I love to rewatch this film, even after Andy's part ends i usually keep watching it, really. I love everything abt the movie exept of magnitude of Andy's role huh. And i totally get your feelings abt Pumpkinhead ii, dude! This stuff is so cozy and nice, exactly like a toy fire truck yk.) After all, it's a film where Andy is on the screen all the time! How could anyone not love it huh? oh my...

Last Series: that was Barnaby Jones 1978 and you can see it on my social media lol! I haven't watched this episode in a long time and it was great! I love the show and i really love Andy in it, all three his characters from that serie. They are completely different guys, though all of them are bad guys but i really love them all, each in their own way.

Sweet or Salty: sweet in my childhood, salty today. but most of all i love hot and spicy!)

Coffee or Tea: tea! i'm not a huge fan of coffee, i drink it to get a boost of energy but lately Andy seems to be doing better with it lol.

Working on: getting out of here as soon as possible. i just can't stay here anymore. it's be tough as nails but i will handle it. also i need to keep working on my social media bc i'm doing all this only for Andy's propaganda. All i've been doing lately i'm doing for him. Actually, i can't even think abt anything else lol.

Thank you so much for the tag!

Last book: That I finished? Nona the Ninth by Tamsyn Muir. I started The Haunting of Blackwood Manner by Darcy Coates but can't get past the first couple chapters because of the way the narrator talks about her un-buttered toast of a boyfriend.

Last Song: Euclid by Sleep Token

Last Movie: The Hallow (it wasn't good)

Last Series: Gravity Falls

Sweet or salty: Sweet for treats, Salty for meals.

Coffee or Tea: I actually don't like either, but I've been craving tea lately for some reason.

Working on: Music that I'll never finish, and my Chronicles of Darkness setting.

Yaaaay

Last book: Okay so like... ALSO Nona The NInth... I will love that darling forever. ("Worm with problems" 😭). Presently reading Psalm for the Wild-Built, which is so charming, probably finishing it today since I'm heading to the library shortly and there's only like 20 pages left, so from there probably Ringworld or Manhunt. Love my lil ereader.

Last Song: Space Ranger by SCANDAL, if the theme music of The Expanse doesn't count

Last Movie: Nimona (yet again, because I love it)

Last Series: ..watched? The Expanse. Finished? Pluribus. Gawd. Also still watching Bocchi.

Sweet or salty: Don't do this to me 😭whichever I didn't have last

Coffee or Tea: I drink my favorite tea (Muumimamman Voimajuoma (rhubarb strawberry black tea from Nordquist)) more rarely than coffee, which I drink more rarely than en energy drinks, for some reason.

Working on: A Python RPG of some sort very slowly, a drawing of a friend, whatever the hell happened to my brain, fixing up my server, and tidying up my room. Aside from that, engineering studies.

Ok, zero-pressure tagging time: @confused-pie @zerosuitsammi3 @head-emptie @fleetwood-cheese @cassidyaudax @yourbigfriend @lost-mimikyu I would hang out with all of y'all given half the chance 🥰

Woke up in pain again :/ can't tell if my mattress is making my back worse, delaying my back getting worse on its own, or neither. Really hoping for the second because this shit already felt like a waste of money.

think I'm just gonna carry on tryna get out more often, because more time in other environments will help narrow it down and do me good anyway

i said i was going to bed but basically i did not complete that quest so now my night meds got me on the funny [citation needed] hours

If your reason for not learning about something you don't understand is that it "doesn't make sense", and your basis for this is rooted in an immediate sense of disgust or pity or fear, you're basically volunteering to be your own enemy. Your friends will not leave your blind spots unattended.

I just can't get into the paid actors performing friendship for board game reality tv shows. I've tried, I've given it several tries. They are the inverse of not only why I might bother to even watch reality TV or really anything else involving an aspect of kayfabe, but also why I participate in board games. My suspension of disbelief remains firmly in the off position and I am immediately bored. And yet in any other context I can find these people entertaining. They're pretending to do something for the hell of it. Not even my deep desire to find beauty in the mundane allows this genre to resonate with me in the form of entertainment. And these are talented, creative people. It's frustrating. I'd just rather do something else, or even nothing. If I had to, I suppose the most rewarding approach to watching these shows would probably just be studying the strategies of the people running the games, taking notes on what they consider and why. I miss Takeshi's Castle. I miss Robot Wars.

The experience can be summed up as... After wondering for a few years why my friend thought I like girls in a gay way: Ohhhhh.

Men get your own post challenge 2026.

The rules are simple: - If you wanna, say, center something around men, you make your own post - If you see a post centering women, and you wanna say something about men, you walk away and make your own post - If you find yourself shifting the focus of a post about women to one about men, especially a post about decentering men, you add "improve my literacy and social skills to some degree" for the relevant language/skills as a goal for 2026 - If you see a post centering men on a post about women, you reblog the version that isn't about men, this should be trivial if you know how to navigate any user interface on your device as it is currently set up. If you don't, learn. - If you remain invested in centering or re-centering men in a post about women, skill issue. SKILL. ISSUE. Skill fucking issue. - If you are reading and still confused, look up "if then coding beginner" on your favorite search engine, maybe you can learn something from this matter being decontextualized from gender identity or social skills. - If something here still feels lost on you, consider this guide on how not to be a jerk for dummies https://www.wikihow.com/Stop-Being-a-Jerk - Consider donating to a mutual/in-law's post, you know, with currency - Bookmark this post and re-read it in two weeks

not particularly sure what I'm doing but an attempt was made
