I made a lyric book for the Backstreet Boys! I've loved these guys since I was a teeny tiny kidling, so I felt compelled to celebrate their 30th aniversary (last year) by putting together a book of their lyrics. I love it so much!

The thing about the moon is maybe you don’t need to write a poem about the moon. The moon’s been done, we’ve discussed it. It’s a coin a mirror an eye a lantern in the darkness. It’s a rock in space. It’s the dang moon we’ve all seen it! Is there something you can notice that’s is more surprising than the moon???

I thought writing would feel like;

Turns out it’s herding cats. Half of them are on fire, and the other half are narrative choices I don’t remember making.
