day 6: mistletoe

When two of them decorated the studio, Cheng Xiaoshi was insistent that there should be a mistletoe as well. Lu Guang had forgotten there were mistletoes in the first place, since he wasn't interested in Christmas decorations much in the past. Cheng Xiaoshi was alone in the studio all day while Lu Guang goes to his university classes. Day 4 - blankets (sleeping bags in this case, forgive me, the thought counts)
The realisation that they might part ways doesn't sit well with either of them. Instead they tell each other they want to stick together and cuddle in sleeping bags.
and day 2 - hot chocolate
In which Lu Guang is thinking too many thoughts, Cheng Xiaoshi makes hot chocolate and they kiss.
AND day 3 - snowfall
Getting caught in cold weather, they find a warm retreat. They cuddle close and talk softly.
And that makes 7/7 for Shiguang Fluff Week 2025 - Winter Edition! Yay!

Lu Guang and Cheng Xiaoshi sat together on the sunroom couch, sharing a blanket. As they sat there together, Cheng Xiaoshi looks back at how different his life was now because of the person that was sitting next to him, Lu Guang. The holiday season had come and gone. Cheng Xiaoshi loathed doing it, but still he took down the Christmas decorations around Time Photo Studio. As he stored away garlands and took off the hanging mistletoes, he lamented how he wasn’t successful in wooing Lu Guang’s heart in one of the most romantic times of the year. Or was he?

There are many details that Lu Guang tries to hide about himself. Times were he tries to keep a facade of nonchalance. Cheng Xiaoshi woke up with the giddy realization that his best friend and roommate was now his boyfriend. He’d announce this fact to the world, along with a detailed chronology and play-by-play of the entire courting process (which he deemed successful enough, thank you very much). Until he could do that, though, he’d just stick to telling Qiao Ling.

Shiguang Fluff Week Day 1 - Ice Skating
I kept jumping between whether or not I wanted to do ice skating , especially since all the poses I kept sketching weren’t turning out right until I just committed to the something is better than nothing mindset and just went for it. the intimacy that people have in high stress competitive fields is genuinely mesmerizing
