Polyvore commission for Foxjump of his characters Hamilton and Kirsten! One of the theme suggestions was post-apocalyptic, so I wanted to create outfits that suggested that without outright saying it. Things that looked kind of haphazardly put together without being completely removed from the character's personal style. I like the idea of Kirsten finding those leather shorts in a rubber pile and being really excited about it. This might be my favourite from the batch! Here's the Polyvore set I created to base their outfits off of: x

Polyvore commission for Foxjump of his character Dashwood! I REALLY wanted to build a space exploration outfit for him (something he'd sit around the ship/station in, not something to actually go out in a oxygenless area in) without it being based on any franchise or already-existing idea in particular. I knew a couple of elements I wanted to put into it and just kind of searched around until I found types of uniforms or fashion that fit the look I was going for. It ended up being a mix of motorcycle gear and WWII inspired pieces. I really like the end result! I might design a helmet to go with it later, just for fun.

Anyway, I really enjoyed working on this one! Here's the Polyvore set I put together to base the outfit's elements off of: x

Polyvore commission for Chaihaii on Weasyl! Of their bat-dragon character, Chai. Since the character usually dresses in all black, I really wanted to play with different "tones" of black and the way different textures look against one another. This is kind of hard in something rendered in such a simple way, but I think I did alright! Shaded and unshaded versions. Here's the set I put together on Polyvore to base the outfit off of: x

Hey friends!

My commission queue is clear of all digital commissions! I have a lot more time for digital work than I do traditional (since I can do digital anywhere but need a lot of supplies and space for traditional stuff) and that leaves me with a lot of time/opportunities to work on things! I have a big personal project in the works (shhh, it's a secret!) but right now it's a lot of writing and drawing the same character over and over again. Which can be boring! So I thought it might be fun to do some more Polyvore commissions, which will also help me with making money to pay back some kind friends that helped me out back in April, when I had a family emergency. So yeah!
