Snow White Origins Video Update 2:
Snow White notes are going well at the moment. Im learning a lot of stuff. Did you know the Dwarfs didn't even have names until a 1912 play? Or that Snow White might have been inspired by a real world Greman Countess?

Snow Whites video Update:
Started my notes for the origins of Snow White on my Lunch break today and discovered that the story might be inspired by a German Countess! She had white skin and red lips like Snow but was blond instead or dark haired. Perhaps the brothers Grimm changed her hair to make the inspiration not to obvious.
Then I started listening to the WDW Pro livestream and they were talking about history and the meanings of Snow White! Tons more notes from that! I have a good feeling this will be a great video!
Reading Update!
Im currently reading my first Thriller and Horror novels. Well the horror on is more a novella as it only about 150 pages.
I picked up The Island as its a thriller where these 6 influencers have to escape an amusement park on an Island. @expeditionthemepark really got my into theme parks so when i read the synopsis I had to pick it up!
Then the Novella is I Found Puppets Living in My Apartment Walls. Its a horror story which I won't lie I picked up because of the new horror game going around, My Friendly Neighborhood.
Ok, first video for the new and improved Star Reads YA channel will be the History of Snow White! I'll be updating as I go through the process of making this video partly to keep a record for future use and partly to keep me accountable.
This video will explore Snow Whites origin and some of the first written versions of her. I plan to do follow ups on the Disney version and other media versions. It will hopefully lead to a defensive of why Disney's Snow White is a good character as I feel People don't give her enough credit.
