I genuinely feel like the only people who are like “My parents shouldn’t have gotten divorced, it’s so sad my parents got divorced.” are people who’s parents divorced before they gained sentience. Practically everyone who has parents who divorced when they were old enough to have known the dynamic between their parents is like “Oh, thank God they finally divorced.” like, maybe you end up with shitty stepparents or your parents have coparenting drama but most children of divorce have the ability to recognize that their parents shouldn’t have stayed together.

Crazy how people can't share their opinions. In my eyes Hot-takes and Confessions blogs exist purely just to spread the opinions of those who need their opinions shared which might not be taken well when shared in the creator's space.
