welcome to sweetest potatoes, where i post vids i find on XHS. i was inspired by accounts that post tiktok vids on tumblr (and rongzhi, a translator who posts videos here on tumblr from douyin). i'm planning on sharing a variety of content depending on what I find interesting. meme videos, social commentary, food, art, fashion, etc. mod favorites are indicated by a star tag. (#⭐️)
not all vids are available to download, so to respect the creators of these videos i will not screenrecord those. if any creators are unhappy with my sharing of a video, i will take it down. speaking of downloading, XHS always cuts off the last second or so of a video when downloaded to add the jingle at the end. so that's why some videos end a bit abruptly.
if you have a XHS account, i highly recommend you follow/like/comment on the videos and posts of the original creators. each video ends with an account ID. if you look that up, you can find the creator. please give them love!
