intro post .... at last

hi hi hello i am sorrel! here are some facts about me:

  • i am scared of everything im so scared all the time im scared im scared
  • i will also respond to cyril, squirrel, soggy cereal, soup, sickle cell anemia, squid sauce, suds, salad greens, sludge, seawater, and also porridge. you can just call me porridge.
  • i live in a copper pipe and draw butches with my pseudopods.
  • i have 468 eyes and 71 sets of teeth.
  • i like to keep all my organs within my membrane and metabolise various chemicals.
  • i love the smell of dead biomatter
  • i have befriended a small homunculus pictured above and her name is goose and you have to be nice to her
  • i am only a baby (im not going to share my exact age, but im under 20) so please do not get freaky in my dms !!!! thankyou very much this has happened like three times now. similarly ill block any minors dni blogs just cus. i dont want to accidentally interact and get crucified 💀 dont take it personally
  • feel free to request or suggest art things! i have an array of memory and processing problems, as well as a lot of fatigue, so there is no promise i will get to them! i need time for my one hundred naps per day. nonetheless i LOVE asks so please send them!! i love when people call into my pipe from the other end. but no tapping loudly!!! im scared!!!
  • i love friendship!!! if we are mutuals feel free to come say hi or have a chat in dms i love talking to people. just be nice :)
  • i post about my ocs a bit, but im also a fan of a couple things including look outside, little nightmares, still wakes the deep, the southern reach trilogy, murderbot, hollow knight, and outer wilds :) tho some of these scare me a little nowadays due to. fandom based conflicts
  • my current interest is look outside!!!!!!! feel free to send asks about it or interact!!!

youll go to the doctors like sometimes im in so much pain that i want to throw up and i get near monthly bouts of suicidal ideation and im so tired all the time and i feel really sick and they'll be like. oh no! can you still have babies? it's really important to me you can still have babies. and you'll be like hi so im not even an adult yet. and they'll be like can you have babies? do you want the medication that lets you have babies? and you'll be like no. i want to not be incapacitated by pain nausea and distress. and they'll be like i can write up a prescription for the baby having pill :) so you can have babies :) and then they'll say okay bye and send you on your way still in agony then you'll become murderous

i go outside for at least a couple hours every day thankyou very much ! i collect various things that have died from natural causes, as a hobby, so i need to go out

unless it's like 40 degrees and in that case i spend my Outside Time pretending im Outside by looking at all my plants and trinkets and bones. i touch grass regularly and think it's necessary

my favourite colour is probably a dark greyish green-blue, like gum leaves or stormclouds, but the colour that makes me the most comforted is a rusty terracotta red like warm dry flannels or dust or old varnished wood. it's like summer rain or comfortable clothes after swimming or lorikeet calls. i think about these things a lot
