It's middle eastern Mother's Day today and I'm thinking of all the grieving mothers; the mothers of martyrs, the mothers who have been enduring this genocide, the mothers of the disappeared and imprisoned, the mothers who want to protect their children and fail to, the mothers who want to stop their children's pain and fail to, the mothers whose wish is to prepare a full meal for their children and fail to, of those whose children died hungry.

Amal (@amalashuor) is one resilient mother who has been relentlessly navigating the genocide in Gaza for the past 17 months along with her toddler. She has endured multiple displacements, bombings, and the bitter cold. Read her story and donate to her campaign (vetted #175) if you're able to 🤍

2 million liters of fresh and clean water delivered in North Gaza since mid-June! Today, we are glad to share with you that we reached a new remarkable milestone in North Gaza of delivering 2 million liters of fresh water. That is the equivalent 666,667 3-liter drinking portions of water OR 4 MILLION small water bottles over the course of the past 5 months. Counting today's deliveries we have provided 2,021,000 liters using 314 trucks in total.

The last milestone we set was on September 20th when we reached 1 million liters. This means that we have been averaging around 15,000 liters every single day in North Gaza and we don't plan to stop! With your support we hope to carry on this mission until the day that our support is no longer needed and all infrastructure in Gaza is restored once again.

Until then, we ask you to continue supporting us. Our campaign serves the people of North Gaza with more than just water. We have also distributed 19074 hot trays of food and food packages, led 10 free medical treatment days, provided 2330 packs of diapers and 629 tins of baby formula, among other initiatives.

Please join our beautiful community and help us achieve much more!”

Okay I got in touch with @90-ghost (Ahmed) and he has confirmed to me the deactivation was not something he did himself. He also showed me a screenshot of his tumblr app glitching out because of it.

Tumblr deleted his account. That being said, it might have been an automatic response to a mass reporting campaign being led by zionist stalkers. It could also have been a decision made by tumblr staff themselves.

We don't fully know what happened. Ahmed has contacted them to report the issue. In the meantime, make people aware of this problem.

If his blog is gone the vetting links to a lot of legit fundraisers are going to be broken now and not be of any use.

For the record, I only use Tumblr. In the case that my own blog gets deleted randomly like this, I'd likely just talk to one of my friends like Saif or Nairuz to let you all know about any new blog I make on their blogs. (nabulsi, palipunk, chanafehs, efc...)

Don't follow any blog that claims to be me unless one of my friends has cosigned it publicly on their blog.

Ramadan has come But this Ramadan is different from the previous one, as the atmosphere of Ramadan was happy and joyful, but this year Ramadan came mixed with the smell of blood, killing and destruction. Unfortunately, there is no longer any joy or happiness here. There is only sadness and destruction.

Please help us get through these difficult times.

Your donation is very valuable to us, even if it is small. We need all the support and assistance in these difficult times. Please donate.

It's good to see that someone has donated

🚨 A Voice from Gaza: Please Hear Us 🚨

My name is Mona Shehab, and I am writing to you from Gaza, where life has become an unimaginable struggle. Our days are filled with uncertainty, and the hope for a better future feels like a distant dream.

The road ahead is still challenging. Every day, we’re reminded of how much we’ve lost and how much we still need to rebuild.

Life in Gaza Today: 💔 Overwhelming Loss: The pain of losing so many family members is impossible to describe. 🍽️ Barely Getting By: Even basic necessities like food and water are becoming harder to afford. 🏠 No Safe Shelter: Our homes, once our refuge, now feel fragile and unsafe. 📚 Dreams on Hold: The pursuit of education and opportunities has been replaced by the constant fight for survival.

What We Need: In these desperate times, even a small gesture can mean so much. A $5 donation could provide us with food or water for a day. If you can’t donate, simply sharing our story could help us reach someone who can.

Your Support Gives Us Hope: This isn’t just about financial help—it’s about knowing that someone, somewhere, cares. Your kindness can be a source of strength for us, a reminder that we’re not alone in this fight

How You Can Help Us Cross the Finish Line Even the smallest act of kindness can make a difference:

  • $5 might not seem like much, but it could mean a meal, clean water, or a tiny bit of hope for my family.
  • Can’t donate? Reblog this post to help us reach someone who can. Every share matters more than you know.

I’m not asking for much—just a little hope, a little relief, and a chance to keep moving forward. Your generosity, in any form, can make a difference in ways you might not even imagine.

Thank you for taking the time to hear my story. Your kindness means more than words can express.

With heartfelt gratitude, Mona ❤️

Have you lost a family member and felt the pain of regret and loss?! 😭

I hope you don't; for me this is our reality. Every day we lose someone we love 💔😔

Last year I lost my uncle and his entire family in a missile attack on his displacement site in Rafah, and Al Jazeera YouTube reported.

Today, I am in pain as I miss the dearest to my heart, my father, who suffered from a stroke that caused him quadriplegia. He could not cope with the catastrophic life as we lived in a tent that was like a grave. His weak body was exposed to malnutrition as a result of not providing the necessary food for his condition, and the severe cold caused him to have a heart attack that led to his immediate death.

I wake up terrified every night. I check on my family, whom I fear will die of cold 🥶😰

And it was not limited to this, but our tent that shelters my family, children, and my brother Samer, who suffers from a chronic illness, was flooded and swept away under the dirt as a result of the heavy rains. Our tent has become worn out and does not protect us from the winds and rain ⛈️⛺

Please save What's left of us, share with us, and if you can, a donation can save an entire family from death ❣️🙏

Imagine a tent measuring 4 x 4 and 11 people live in it.

The war has returned again, Gaza is under bombardment and my area is being subjected to heavy shelling. We have lost hope in our rights. We must evacuate this city where there is no security. Donate to my family again, you are our only hope.

After more than a month of disconnection, we are finally back...

-These photos are from today, 11/3/2025.-

Today, I am sharing a glimpse of our new life, where we have started again beside our home that was destroyed by war. Despite the pain and loss, we have not lost hope, and our determination to build a better future for our children remains unshaken.

This Tumblr house we now live in is not just walls—it is a testament to our resilience and to the love and support of everyone who has stood by us. You have always been a community full of kindness and generosity, and today, I share these moments so you can see how the light continues to shine in our hearts despite everything.

-This clip was made yesterday by my daughter Lian to make something for Amir to sleep in and the experiment was successful. This is Amir sleeping.-

But life here is still very difficult. We are still trying to stay strong, and we have built a simple shelter to live in—I will attach photos. We are waiting for the border to open so we can travel, hoping for the day when I can see my children wearing school uniforms, going to learn, playing in safe, undamaged places, eating clean food, and drinking safe water.

For now, we are just trying to survive with what little we have, as the border remains closed to everyone except those with severe medical conditions and critical war injuries.

We need your support once again. I will try to stay connected online and keep sharing photos and videos of our new life. Thank you to everyone standing with us—you are our hope in these difficult times.

Hey all, Crips for Esims for Gaza has been purchasing E-sims for people in Gaza and need help to continue their advocacy!

We link them in our Hi Nay episodes but want to remind people to help out if they can and donate! They're an offshoot of the E-sims for Gaza program created by Mirna El-Helbawi, and allow you to, if you are overwhelmed by the E-sims purchasing process, streamline it.

You donate to Crips for Esims for Gaza, and they do it for you. Help these fantastic disabled activists if you're able!

Link in replies so Tumblr doesn't hide this!
