After some time hobbling through the sparce cybernetic foliage, they made it to what Drift had expected to be the outskirts of a city. Instead they were greeted by collapsed buildings and rubble strewn throughout the streets. He hadn't thought it possible for the Dead End to look worse than it already had, but now he barely recognized the area.. it seemed the war had finally taken its toll.

However Ratchet didn't seem surprised by the destruction, in fact they seemed to know exactly where they were going- avoiding the blocked streets and collapsed buildings.

It’s been 4 million years of war since the start of @dratchet-exchange and I fought on the frontlines that whole time in order to deliver a very indulgent bridal carry dratchet to @the-patron-saint-of-heelys

Perhaps A Perfect Gift Does Not Exist

“Are you ready to mull over some ideas?” Ratchet hides his hands behind his back as he looks around. 

“Yes, I was actually in the process of preparation already.” Drift invites him to sit down. He pulls out his tablet, showing Ratchet pictures of a few custom made blades. “A ceremonial weapon is always a nice gesture, isn’t it?” Drift looks up at Ratchet searching for an answer in his eyes as he desperately tries to fish out ideas, not knowing he is giving Ratchet what he was looking for.

“That sounds like something you would like,” Ratchet ponders, before quickly continuing. “What I meant to say, it would be a gift that would speak loud about your appreciation to your recipient.”

Drift nods, smiling to himself as he notes something in his notepad. “That is true,” he leans on the table, resting his chin on his hand. “Have you thought about what you would want to give?”

Got a paper feel screen protector again so I drew some matrix welding Ratchet

Long time no Nitrous/Chicken Nugget.... I like to think about Rodimus being emotional about their kid for the most mundane things while Minimus tries his best to pretend to NOT be but inside he is emotionally exploding and imploding at once.

Fun story, my iPad decided to lock and erase everything before I had this backed up. Thankfully just a few days before I saved a copy off the ipad. Backup your work!! SO, this was the end product. I think I could have spent more time adding some coloring detail. But this is what I ended up with!
