Welsh lockdown 2.0
Wales in now in another national lockdown, during the first lockdown I was living in a different house and my mental health kinda suffered.
Now I'm living in a new house that's nicer, and with lovely neighbours, so I feel I can handle it a lot better and I'm hoping I can be somewhat productive.
Got new stock coming on Monday, I've got some wee online courses that I want to finish, plus various other stuffs/projects, and I wanna do a whole lot of baking.
Gonna make soft rolls tomorrow and make homemade meatball subs, and sausage rolls with bacon & black pudding. Also gonna make some more pies.
Also gonna be needing to exercise more to make sure I can burn off all those baked goods lol. Basically I'm hoping to spend this time bettering myself, now that I'm feeling better since the first lockdown.
