What happened to Sol's eye?
Sol got his scar after an accident when fixing a pipe when he still worked in a factory known as Frostfall Foundry :D He worked there as a welder, mainly fixing up leaking pipes or machinery.... that was until a pipe had burst and the welding tool he had, had accidentally burnt half of his face. And it unfortunately left him half blind too 😅

While he still pretty much acts much like any other Mudokon, he's a much rarer kind of Mudokon, ones that are only found north of Mudos.
They generally have paler skin, that can go from grey, pale blues, pale greens, etc. Their eye pupils are regularly always blue, but a few have red/brown pupils. They have two sharper teeth and usually far more feathers than regular Mudokons, with their feathers growing along their back.
That's honestly all I got for him at the moment XD his backstory from my previous post on him remains the same.

Welp, meet Mavrox! :D Although, he's not my first Glukkon OC, he is my first Glukkon protagonist oc! XD
Mavrox lived in Nolybab and studied as a high class apprentice in the history of Mudos and just pretty much the overall history of Oddworld. However, over time as he studied more and more and the true history of Glukkons and what they did to the Mudokons, he began to question the Glukkon's way of life and their greed and desire for power. Mavrox wanted to break away from this and form a rebellion.... Unfortunately when word got out about this, the Glukkon queen tried to have him assassinated. Luckily he managed to escape in an aircraft with the help of his slig sidekick before crash landing in a desert.....aaand that's as far as I've gotten /v\
Although a very seperate story from Sol's, I'd like to think they eventually meet and team up

My first Oddworld oc! :D I decided to name him Sol X3 I'm also still very new to drawing Mudokuns so....yea...still tryna get the hang of it -v-
As for his backstory.....well....it's a long one....here we go! *Clears throat*
Sol’s starts off in place in the far northern region of Mudos, a frozen wasteland and works in Frostfall Foundry. Its pretty much a massive industrial facility surrounded by a towering steel wall. It was built to preserve and process bones and organic materials mined from a nearby ancient burial ground called Morkhul, before eventually shipping them off to Bonewerkz for grinding and ultimately sent to Soulstorm brewery
Sol was once an ordinary Mudokon slave, working as a pipe repairer and welder in Frostfall Foundry. But when rumors spread of Abe’s escape and the fall of RuptureFarms, the Glukkons in charge of Frostfall Foundry, known as Rixwell and Valorn began to worry about a potential uprising in their own facility. To prevent rebellion, Rixwell declared that Abe was nothing but a myth, while Valorn increased surveillance and violence against the workers.
However there were still ongoing whispers of freedom and in desperation, the Glukkons forced Sol into becoming their spy, threatening to punish every Mudokon in the Foundry if he refused. Sol had no other choice but to agree and overall filled him with guilt and shame, and he did what he could to stay isolated from the other Mudokuns.

Its about as far as I've gotten XD As for this art tho, I'm thinking it might be a scene that happens sometime later...after Sol escapes Frostfall Foundry and finds a long forgotten Mudokun tribe perhaps? 👀 Idk, still brainstorming XD thanks for listening to my rambling tho!

Been really getting into Oddworld recently! :D I'm still fairly new to it, but I've genuinely been enjoying it a lot! I love the style and lore and I really hope to see more Oddworld games in the future! :D
