Alterhuman blog of a endogenic system (might have some system stuff)

Intro post

We are the medusas a nonhuman endogenic nondisordered system This blog will be about alterhuman stuff All of us are involuntary nonhuman in some way (might be because of the species dysphoria bleeding through) Some of us are also otherlinkers You will propably see most of me Europe Im a dog link and use she/her pronouns You will propably also see a lot of Valkyrie (wolf and deer link any pronouns) When upset might be misanthropic(dislike/hate humans as a species/as a whole)

This blog is about Our alterhumanity (mostly otherlinking) Our plurality Random posts All system origins welcome Physical alterhumans welcome We dont appreciate being fakeclaimed or hated on for our identities so if you plan to do so please dont? You can engage with any of our posts in any way (even negative ones) except our misanthropy posts and vents Vents because its us being vulnerable and would prefer to not get negative responces but other kind of responces are fine unless stated otherwise For our misanthropy post we would rather not have debates or arguements on this subject under or blog unless we specifically state that this is an invitation for debating Pro a lot of things but you do not want to hear that No DNI feel free to interact :]-<

if disliking dogs and humans is okay, cause you for example had bad experiences with them, then is disliking people of colour specifically also okay? for the same reason

This time i will humor you anon; but otherwise we refuse to argue on topic of misanthropy. personal vents and other misanthropy themed posts are not an invitation for arguing with us unless we say so. For opressed groups hate is often blurred with opression and discrimitation If i say "I hate komodo dragons" you know its not going to affect anyones life in any way If i say "i hate black people" it can have an effect because its indirectly supporting already existing systems of opression Many people dislike christianity because of past experiences or the principles not aligning with their own Even if you will call those people bigoted - because certain religions have faced discrimination and prejudice - people; many will not have ill feelings towards those who dont like christianity for the reasons that its a personal conflict and not a part of a system of opression With nonopressed groups its easy to set that line but with opressed ones it might be trickier to do. From the beginning of your message i expect you anon to disagree with the dislike of anything at all. Disliking dogs? not okay. Disliking wasps? Gross evil people. Disliking flamingos? thats almost as bad as being racist. Disliking something is acceptable not only because of bad experiences but for many different reasons including petty ones in my mind

For oppressed groups hate is often blurred with oppression and discrimination.

So you’re saying that hate is okay but only if it’s not blurred with oppression and discrimination. Like, we can hate people of colour but can’t discriminate against them?

If i say "i hate black people" it can have an effect because its indirectly supporting already existing systems of opression

If humanity was oppressed in some way then would you just stop hating them? If yes, doesn’t that imply that you’d wish they were oppressed?

If we come to the point where black people are not discriminated, would it be okay to hate them then? Or would it be not, since they were discriminated before? The line between ’okay to hate’ and ’not okay to hate’ doesn’t seem to be so ’easy to set' now, does it?

Many people dislike christianity because of past experiences or the principles not aligning with their own

Christianity is a religion. Religions include morals and beliefs, while species and colour don’t. I can see how acting on morals and beliefs can hurt someone, but species and colour?

many will not have ill feelings towards those who dont like christianity for the reasons that its a personal conflict and not a part of a system of opression

You see even with a group so obviously oppressed I was able to give you an example where it wouldn’t be so obvious.

From the beginning of your message i expect you anon to disagree with the dislike of anything at all. Disliking dogs? not okay. Disliking wasps? Gross evil people. Disliking flamingos? thats almost as bad as being racist.

That’s a bit of an exaggeration. I don’t disagree with the ’dislike’ itself, since that would be pretty difficult. I think most beings don’t choose to ’hate’ or ’dislike’, they just do. Sometimes it happens because they’re not educated or knowledgeable enough but sometimes it’s a complete different reason.

What I disagree with is trying to rationalize a dislike for a group that has no choice over who they are, for example, humans.

Disliking something is acceptable not only because of bad experiences but for many different reasons including petty ones in my mind

I agree with your last take.

I named myself after my favourite thing- which is uncommon in our system! Normally (from what i’ve gathered n our system) alters just know their names! It took me a little bit of time to figure out my name, and it’s not a like. what’s the word… Convenient(?) name. I named myself Blue Razz and I like to be called either Blue or Razz! I named myself this because I like blue raspberry slushies!!

I felt like sharing this because I wanna know other people’s names! Like what name did you or a sysmate choose/have that’s “odd”? I like my name lots and I love blue raspberry slushies! Been a comfort since we were a kid! especially specifically blue raspberry icees! I love the texture of them!!!

- Blue Razz (they/them)

We have a guy named New guy Its a placeholder name that stuck

Anonymous asked:

I don't like people at all, so I isolated myself from them in my house. Do you feel like that sometimes?

We rarely talk with people outside of family and online friends but thats for other reasons I dont relate exactly to that but i think your feelings are valid anon

Anonymous asked:

What if I isolated myself from people in my house? Like, I don't really want to be in this society with them. Ever. Is it okay?

In my opinion yes thats fine You dont owe anyone a relationship no matter who they are I recomend socializing in general with some people at least but its up to you if and who you want to talk or have a relationship with Good luck anon

Some people dislike dogs other dislike horses or lizards. There are many people who dislike a species.

If someone dislikes dogs you dont expect them to kill your dog. You dont think its bad that they dont like dogs even if you dont get why someone might dislike dogs. Maybe they had a bad experience with dogs in the past and now are wary of them? Maybe dogs just arent their cup of tea? Whatever reason someone might have they are allowed to dislike dogs unless they actively harras dog owners or dogs.

Now why is it different for humans? Humans are just another species of animal

I dont usually vibe with bipedal creatures and find creatures that walk on four or more legs more endearing. Im also not a fan of all apes not just humans

Its fine if im not a fan of orangutans or gorillas so why is it different for humans? There are a lot of things you can like about humans and a lot of things you can dislike about them Dolphins got a lot of hate for behaviors that humans have too Sure in humans only some individuals have these behaviors but same with dolphins

Im afraid of fungi with makes me dislike them. I have mixed feelings about some insects. Im not fond of apes All that is okay Im also not fond of humans But that is not okay? Whats the difference its just another species of animals

Joke theory: whoever coined the word lizard in polish was a snake therian So the word lizard in polish is Jaszczurka Ja means i/me Szczur means rat and polish is very big on namebased nicknames/cutesy version of names that includes names of different species and obiects The cutesy version of szczur is szczurek You could call a rat szczurka as an in my opinion laughable way to indicate that shes a female rat(like some people transelate female vampire to wampirka (male/genderneutral would be wampir)) You can also call a lizard jaszczur Its 100% correct and im unsure of what the difference is (jaszczurka is more popular i think) Jaszczur would be me/i rat if you split it up So the joke theory is that a snake therian looked at a lizard and goed "omg that kinda looks like me but... more... rat?"

Pros of having our plural/alterhuman blog as our main: we can like mutuals posts and they know who its from Cons of having our plural/alterhuman blog as our main: when we interact with posts outside of the weird bubble we usually hang out in they can judge us

i wanna be more openly like, “weirdly” queer or “weirdly” alterhuman, irl but also online, but like

idk dude, i still needa work on caring less about what other people think
