They are associated with the workings of our conscious mind, and are often associated with feelings of stress, anxiety, and worry. With more Beta waves being emitted, stress becomes more and more of a problem in today's busy society. So take a moment to breathe, reflect, and appreciate this beautiful thing called life.
Quick fact. Ready? Caffeine acts on the brain by blocking the binding of the molecule adenosine, which would normally cause feelings of drowsiness. What else is that caffeine causes some degree of vasoconstriction in the blood vessels leading to the brain, thus leading to a slightly reduced blood flow. This is one of the reasons why caffeine should never ever be over-consumed, and should be handled with care.

This may be good initially, but with continued head trauma, the Tao may begin to build up.
