what i wish people understood about masking is it doesn’t have to be all or nothing. like genuine question for people who don’t mask anymore, if someone on the bus or your uber driver or the person behind you in the grocery store starts coughing do you not wish you had a mask on you? or are you happy to just breathe that in? because you could start keeping a mask in your pocket or purse just in case, and putting it on when you feel uncomfortable. and sure that may seem like you’re only protecting yourself, but you’re also protecting all your friends, family, the strangers on your next bus that you could have infected. at this point anything is better than nothing
