My name is freya, like all fairy’s I was born from a baby’s first laugh. The winds brought me to the winter side where the air feels sharp and tastes like snow. The winter woods unfolded beneath me in layered of blues and whites, pines stood dusted in frost and lakes covered in ice glass. Everything slowed. Everything listened. And I belonged.

𑣲 inner effects the outer. speak to yourself kindly. if you want a new phone & the one your currently using has cracks & glass practically falling out of it … no it does not. not anymore, at least. you love your new iphone whatever. you love how the glass is smooth & your brand new case & the cute miffy sticks you put in it. take a look at your tiktok algorithm, it sometimes knows you better then you do. look at what kind of content you are being served by the algorithms. pay attention to what youre reinforce by liking a “relatable” comment or video. would the version of you who already has this — mentally or physically — interact with that ? is it relatable to them (you) ?

𑣲 keep pushing through / persisting. you look around, in the mirror, at your closet, at your job & it’s not where you wanted to be five years ago. everyone moves at their own pace. time isn’t real, don’t compare yourself to others. allow yourself to crash out & cry & go hit up a rage room for an $10 per hour if you must. but your emotions, whatever thoughts you have, don’t matter. no matter how limiting or reassuring. because no matter what, you will get your desired outcome. literally nothing gets in the way of it. it is done. it will happen. what you do between now & then doesn’t matter. it’s inevitable.

𑣲 point a to point b. let’s set the stage. you need to go somewhere. the store, a friends house, school, it can be wherever you imagine. from your home (point a) to your second location (point b), you know it’s a straight shot. all you have to do it keep following the path. you don’t know how long it is. you don’t know if you’ll trip & scrape your knee on the way there or if it’ll start raining or if you dresses appropriately but you do know that if you keep following this path, it will eventually take you to your destination. the only way you can not get to point b is by turning around and heading back home.

𑣲 feel the aftermath. you know that feeling when you you’re anxiously waiting around all day for a phone call or news or a test result of some sort ? you’re anxious all day, you want to throw up, your shaking & overthinking “why haven’t they called yet” … & the second they call evening turns out fine & you worried for no reason at all & suddenly all your physical symptoms of worry disappeared. that feeling right there. remember it & carry it with you. that’s the best way I can explain what “living in the end” is like.

𑣲 normalize your desire. im convinced why people struggle with manifesting (me, im people) certain things over others is due to the lack of familiarity. our brain clings to it. it wants stuff that’s recognizable, it feels safe that way. do little actions or mindset tweaks to make it feel normal. bring it down to your level, don’t try and climb the pedestal you’ve put it on as that is an impossible ask as the bar will always be raised higher in your mind once you physically get there.
