Hey, real talk though? If you're in the USA, right now you need to call your representatives. 11.8 million people could lose health insurance because of this, as well as a lot of other shit going down, so speak up.
Go to 5calls.org, put in your location, and make the calls. Do it after business hours if you're worried about actually to a person, but do it.
We're running out of chances with this, please please do this now, while it's still possible to stop this.

It still gives a record. It's numbers on the board that tells not only them but their opponents, how many people are against the bill come the next election.
Calling now could not only mean the difference of the bill passing or not, it could also mean the difference between a primary challenge or an election upset next year.
If nothing else it makes them sweat.

You can call as many times as you'd like.
Providing your zip code just proves that you are a constituent of the district and not an outsider trying to manipulate the vote. They won't tally the call without it.
It's also recommended to stick to one issue per call, to more easily tally the issue.
So like you can call three times for three different issues in a row, but try not to cram three unrelated issues into one call.
And yes, you can call about the same issues more than once.
