hii! My name’s Zephyr & welcome to my tumblr blog!

  • music: i love singing, playing guitar and piano, and i love listening to music.
  • writing: i love researching and writing articles about topics i find interesting. i’m planning to start an online blog to publish my articles, if you have a topic you’d like me to write an article about, lmk!
  • reading: i love reading and i'm trying to read more in 2026! i'm more into non-fiction books or books related to true crime
  • photography: i love taking pictures of anything and everything i see
  • other interests: psychology, economics, philosophy, history, geography, sociology, true crime, forensics, biology, physiology, you get the gist.

  • singers/rappers (in no particular order): lana del rey, amy winehouse, david bowie, marina, frank ocean, tyler the creator, eminem, eazy-e, dr. dre, MF DOOM &more
  • bands (in no particular order): led zeppelin, the beatles, the doors, alice in chains, pink floyd, system of a down, fleetwood mac, the smiths, green day, red hot chili peppers, arctic monkeys, nirvana, pearl jam, eagles, the rolling stones, guns n’ roses (i even went to their concert!), tv girl, motley crue, bon jovi, (i think you understand the type of bands i like)
  • genres: rock, metal, r&b, soul, reggae, hip-hop, blues, and all their subgenres.
  • movie: i don’t really watch movies that much, my favourites are pearl (2022) and mean girls
  • tv-shows: i don’t watch tv shows much either, my favourite is how i met your mother

  • makeup, jewellery, perfume, clothes, shoes, anything fashion-related

  • school: i physically cannot stand that place and i post about how much i hate it quite often
  • racists, homophobes, maga supporters, you get the gist

  • i’m very shy and introverted, i don’t really socialise much and unfortunately that’s why i feel very lonely sometimes
  • my mental health isn’t the best, but it’s gotten much better:)

1. Origin of your blog name - this is something that I came up with while just randomly going through my blog lol

2. Your "I'll always order this food" - I don't order food that often but when I do, it's always a pizza!

3. Your overused emoji - definitely ✨ and 😭...

4. Your current comfort movie/book/show - my current read! 'The Wedding People' by Alison Espach and 🤌🏻...I never expected it to be thisss moving! That rarely happens to me by any fuckin movie/book/show but this one's quite fine as hell ✨...also, I wanna hug Pheobe so bad 🥺

5. Song on repeat - I haven't been looping anything recently but lately I was obsessed with this song I recently discovered.. 'skincontact' by livingthing.

6. Latest obsession - creating moodboards!! And also collecting and pressing flowers and leaves..

7. Oddly specific things that bring you joy - I can never truly bring it to words how much i enjoy being alone in a darkly sunlit room in the afternoon with soft music playing in the bg where i'm just being creative 🎨

8. Smell that makes you happy - the smell of ground when it rains 🤌🏻🤌🏻 and also the smell of freshly cut herbs from my lil garden

9. Something you loved as kid and secretly still do - sketching and just doing random crafts..

10. Your phone wallpaper right now - a starry galaxy kinda image

11. Are you an early bird or a night owl - i'm definitely an early bird! cause I love listening to birds in the morning and watching the sky change its colours

12. What is your profession and do you like it - I'm looking for job rn.. often there are times when I really wish I wasn't in finance.. rather something creative. But also often times i think it's just fine, that it's doable.. I mean it's soo soooo mundane and deadly boring but it's not horrible 🙂
