There is a small town near the Emperor's Wake. Locals call it "The Last Stop". The last stop before the wide fields that are home to Paarthunax, the Emperor that's been haunting this area for years now.
Despite this, the town seems to be flourishing, the fields are well tended to, and the trade with other towns and cities is plentiful.
