a clan shrouded in mystery, for legend says that those who enter can never return...

clan lore

(gods unfinished lore) involves a lot of....weird, made-up magic. So, like, meteorites containing alien gemstones/minerals often tend to fall where my clan's settled. The arcane energy of Sorienth (and the focal points in general) tend to warp the magic that's already contained in the crystals, making them almost radioactive. The now radioactive alien gemstones/minerals then warp the dragons that have settled around them, causing certain their magic to physically manifest as a gemstone embeded somewhere in their body, and the type of gemstone is different for each dragon. Okay- scratch the gems- since that's all old. Columba Point is currently (as of 2023? 2022?) consisting of several concentric circles of abandoned temples. they are ever shifting and moving, as to keep the residents trapped within. most people who venture within don't make it back out. it has to do with the arcane energy- it causes the earth itself to move and keep everything that it deems a 'threat' within, however, everything is a threat for whatever reason. criminals tend to come here to hide out, not really realizing that it will be their last resting place. there is one (1) exit point, guarded by one who refers to themself as the ferryman. the ferryman barters in memories, and will allow you to leave if you present something to them in exchange for safe passage.

hello! name's abyss. old usernames were phoenyxillusion and pigeonpanhandle. I've actually never used a forum before (shocking, I know) so if I seem a little...stiff and formal then that's just me trying to get a feel for things! I'm actually really chill, I swear. I'll accept random friend requests, but I probably won't send them (too nervous to;;). if you want to be my friend/chat with me, you can go ahead and drop a PM in my message box (is that how you say that??) and I'll try to respond! also if you wish to buy any of my dragons, please inquire about wether or not they're for sale!! i dont bite!! the only ones i won't accept offers on are any dragons in my 'In Memoriam' tab, the first two pages of my projects tab, as well as any dragon in my 'Inner Sanctum' and 'Mossy Koi Pond' tabs. anyone else is open for offers!
