It's hard to participate when the only items on one's WL are expensive Gem items, old retired Fest items, or UM skins/accents. Not everybody has that kind of stuff. Personally, I have a very large WL on my WC Neon, that way it is easier on other users.
I have a question about the 100kt give and get: if I posted, am I only aloud to send items strictly from the WL of the user before me?
