You can't trade your starter dragons but you can trade hatched Gen1s.
Making a new account is against the ToS. You can get more Gen1s by hatching Unhatched Eggs of any element.
(Replying to your question @ Kaepora) It's because they're Gen1s! Although that one non-Gen1 fae with triple basic, I have no idea. :)
