A female river otter scampers up to you, a webbed paw fiddling with a small bone-handled dagger from her belt as you stride in.

'Oy! Friend or foe?!' she calls out, her large rudder tail swishing behind her as her whiskers twitch madly, trying to figure out is your paths had crossed at some point. When she realizes you're not a threat, she gives a small hrmpf and puts her weapon back into the sheath.

'Right. Well..er..' she glances around the flats. 'Welcome to me lair, then! Ya can call me Riverwing. Imma River Driver. That's all ya need to know right now. Sit down, pop up yer feet there, I'll getcha a cuppa iffin ya need. Mind the dragons, there. Some of them don't take too kindly to strangers. Doyle?' She gestures to the large blue male Tundra, 'He'll show ya around. He's one of the gooduns 'round here'
