A fantasy world decked to the brim with magical dragon items. Inside this bustling town, there are markets, libraries, monuments—Everything your fantasy-loving heart desires.

Now, this town has a secret: It was built on the grounds of a war from long ago. A tragic war, in fact. A war so bad and embarrassing for the castledragons that they even hide it from their children. But don’t tell anyone! Watwall, the king, and various other royal families are trying their best to bury it deep into the ground. Who knows what happened?

Well, Peter Wyvern, our main character, sure does want to know! Peter is from the incredibly prestigious Wyvern family; The youngest brother of four. All of which, are fighting for the throne—To be the next leader of the Wyvern clan. Peter wants none of this (he despises his parents. They’re always nagging him to learn magic. Him? Learn magic? He just wants to laze around all day!), and so in the dead of night, the night before he turns 11, he runs away!… Into the commonplace, where all the commoners reside.

In the commonplace, Peter has no idea what to do. After asking around for a guild invitation, he realizes he actually has to learn magic in order to get one. And so he signs up for magic school! Turns out, even though he was the worst at magic in his family, he's actually one of the best in school. The countless tutors his parents gave him were useful after all.

While at school, Peter turns out to be quite social! He makes various friends (and enemies) around his age and together, they create a small guild with hunters, merchants, and fighters! Each member of the 8 dragon guild contributes in their own way. It’s all very fun and they make a good amount of money. Lots of found family vibes. Other guilds think it's weird that none of the members show their faces, but it was a good decision on their part, considering no one would ever want to do business with a bunch of 12-year-olds.

But now Peter’s 17 and his past is catching up to him. His eldest brother has just been crowned the Wyvern family’s leader and is looking for him (Peter has no idea why. He thought his brothers hated him? Or maybe they’re looking at him because they hate him? It’s all very confusing and Peter just wants to stay in his normal life.)

Furthermore, all the top students have been invited to the King’s Feast. The king of the country, Watwall, is hosting a feast for the country's anniversary. His family is coming too, which is worrying, but Peter looks a lot different from his 11-year-old self.

At the feast, he'll have to deal with guild scouters, his classmates, and his long-lost family. Also, Watwall seems a bit off. He almost seems... Nervous? Peter's sure it's nothing. Also, since he's a top student at one of the best magic schools in the country, he gets to meet one-on-one with the head knight, who seems a bit... Off. Weird. Once again, he's sure it's probably nothing.

Hey, why did he just put a suspicious-looking book into Peter's cloak? Weird. He'll have to take a look at that later.
