This place isn't hard to find, it's well lit by shadow flight standards, and the dragons here are warm and welcoming. It isn't what one would expect from a notorious den of necromancers and their undead creations.
Occul-fen was founded long ago by a reanimated skydancer and the nocturne who brought her back from the dead. It started as a local guild for those looking to improve their necromancy, but it slowly evolved into a settlement, and then a clan of its own. As Occul-fen developed an identity and a community it attracted a variety of merchants and a small tourism industry. Even now, aspiring necromancers make pilgrimages to this clan in order to learn from the best in the field.
The clan is located on the coastal edge of the Driftwood Drag, extremely close to the water flight's territory.
(Yes, the fandragons are 'canon', even the ones that make no goddamn sense)
