Biography
|
Adrasteia, Tia as she prefers to be called, was born at the Opera House Institute, the child of the diva lead tenor for the performing company. She was genuinely surprised when she realized she wanted nothing more than to earn a place as a teacher and a battle bard. While her small size may not have made her a likely warrior, and her quiet, stubborn personality an unlikely performer, her glittering body makes her dazzle in the spotlight, and sheer determination crafted her into one of the greatest warriors at the Opera House. Climbing the ranks was not easy, and Tia has always had a rocky relationship with her rather flamboyant father, Knox. This friction made Tia feel as if she did not truly belong at the heart of the Opera House, unable to stand on her own given the long shadow cast by her father. Tia at last found herself with the title of dancing master, and was tasked with the the responsibility of of teaching the basics of the art of being a battle bard to all dragons who enrolled at the Opera House in preparation to server a Dragon God. Armed with her shimmercloak and her mastery of Paryl, a rare form of light magic which allows its user to see through non-metallic objects and even make oneself invisible, Tia is frequently found guiding new recruits through the Mire. Determined, proud, quiet and clever, Adrasteia has proven herself an invaluable member of the Opera House's training program. |
