-Spinner
Carella    Weaver Carella built elaborate, beautiful webs in the upper corners of Patch’s workshop, silently watching and weaving her own designs in silk. Every now and then she comes down to the Mith that works with Patch, and offers a bit of her own patterns into the silk fabrics they’ve started to weave. Since she’s joined the silk fabric making, demand for these specific textiles has been higher than ever. Previously, Tira was the only source of fresh silk in the Tower, but since Carella has arrived silk output has doubled. While traveling from the Southern Icefield to her new, warmer home of the Shifting Expanse, the spiny Silkspun came across a curious rug during a carriage swap and picked it up for her future den. She quickly realized it was enchanted and has a mind of its own, but luckily it seems to be as enamored with the dragon’s pattern as the dragon is with the rug’s. After setting up her webs in Patch’s workshop, the rug naturally followed, and Carella finds it quite amusing watching it slowly inch around the room while Patch & his Mith friend work, mildly confusing the hardworking duo. Shortly after Carella arrived at the Tower, another Silkspun decided to make his home among the metal walls. Acidius quickly took to Carella, and she to him, and they both handcrafted a comb for the other. Carella used scavenged pine wood and southern seashells to craft Acid’s, and Acidius used reeds from his home clan and ivory from a Scaleback he hunted himself for Carella’s. The pair don’t spend their days together, but when night falls they cozy up in the nest Acidius made for them and share stories from their day while combing each other’s manes. Hoard
