Tierney is Pol's deputy, as well as his mate, and helps in the Clan's administrative duties by organizing the gardeners. She doesn't work with the plants themselves enough to be considered head gardener, but is dedicated to ensuring every plant under the Clan's supervision - sapling to seed, flower to tree - has a caretaker assigned to it.

She is very calm and laid-back, and prefers to avoid conflict; she maintains a neutral stance on any argument and refuses to get involved, preferring to let the involved parties or Pol sort it out.
