Personal lore

Fae, though small, are some of the more magical beings inhabiting this world. With the ability of wielding immensely complex and strong magic, seemingly with the same ease as taking a leisurely afternoon stroll. Got a broken limb in that last fight you were in? Or perhaps a nasty bruise on your eye when you flew into the tree? Perhaps you bit your tongue while consuming that last bug you had for dinner? No problem! Let me just fix that right up by snapping my claws! Oh, wait... So your problem is actually that bothersome foe lying in wait by the bushes up ahead? Me fix! A nice contuse should clear it up in no time!

Yet, despite all the obvious advantages of wielding magic, this tiny girl couldn't care less about the whole thing. Not that she cant see the benefits of it, of course having that broken leg fixed in no time flat is great and all, it just isn't her cup of bug-juice.

No, she would much rather spend the night hunting bugs in the tree branches above their home. Using the lanterns, as well as her own glowing runes, as bait makes dinner collection quit easy. Leaving loads of time left to spend on other things. Like battle practice! Or tree branch parkour! Or perhaps just tricking your clan mates into playing chase, pounce, or just plain old wrestling. And of course there is always the clans dawn time grooming session. She might never say it out loud, but having someone gently pick parasites, like fleas, from your hide is quite relaxing. Not to mention the bugs make for tasty snacks as well.

There are quit a loot for an active dragoness to do when she isn't hunting. Especially when the unhatched eggs do not require her constant attention. The brewing stew of root and disease keeps them nice and warm on its own.

"Dear, I don't understand any of that mumbo jumbo. I am more practical than you are. What I can't rip apart with my fangs or shred to pieces with my claws isn't something I would manage to kill by mumbling some ancient long dead language anyway. That's where you and your magic come inn."
