very scary. very pointy. plays bass in a dragon garage band that will TOTALLY have a gig SOMEDAY guys. one of the first dragons on the 'plague folk rock' scene, in which a lot of bones are used to hit random things to make um, music. Bylar helps find more bones and things to hit bones with, such as books from Light Flight, something weird and squishy from Arcane, and hermit crabs from Water's shores (don't worry, they just boop the hermit crabs. No crabs are hurt in the making of the music).

Caelius is the strong silent type despite playing the dragon bass. He really never talks. At all.
He will stare at you like this -____- instead with his rotten egg eyes. His sister doesn't really talk either. Both of them will just sit there and stare at you while hitting a rock with a femur bone. They only occasionally speak to tell Bylar to stop digging holes everywhere for no reason.
