Retired FR dragonsona, now just a normal lore dragon but with a star sticker of specialness

Runs a gene and breed scroll shop, simular to Glass & Gloss' Geniune Genes. They specialize in custom breed change scrolls which can turn a hybrid (mix of 2+ species) dragon into a purebred and vice versa. Oddly enough, despite this talent, they themselves are clearly a cross between a Pearlcatcher and a Wildclaw, and have no intention of changing their appearance. Or their attitude, for that matter.

Although Lapse has helped many dragons change their lives for the better, the shopkeeper's greatest flaw has always been their poor work ethic. All clients of the Scroll Weavers' Workshop must wait in an endless line that can last anywhere from several months to several years before their order is finally fulfilled. Because of this, the store is not very well known, and its visitors are the most desperate ones who have already exhausted all other options.

One such customer recently moved into their workshop. This mysterious dragon does not show itself to customers, but in fact, the entire business, and even the maintenance of the lair, rests on his shoulders.
