Icicle

An old gaoler, whose village was lost to a catastrophic event. He does not wish to talk about it. After moving, he claimed a small, rocky hill as his lair, using his magic to transform it into a frozen den. For years, Icicle spent his life mostly as a hermit, coming out of his icy cave only to hunt and freezing the entrance solid for winter, as to hibernate in peace. He and Hohen acknowledge each other and are aware of sharing the territory.
Only after being discovered by Toai, his hideout ratted out to bunch of gaolerlings, he started spending time outside more often and interacting with his kind again.
