Sachmet is the Egyptian goddess of war, protection and healing. She usually is depicted with a lion head and a sun disc or as a lioness. She also is called The Mistress of Dread or The One Before Whom Evil Trembles. She is the daughter of the sun God Re and middle sister of Hathor and Bastet. Her mother us unknown. She is the wife of Ptah and the mother of Nefertem.

Sachmet is fighting against the enemies of Re and the pharao. She also is the right hand of her father, who sent her to kill the wicked humans. But because of her aggressive character she lost control at this task, beginning to murder randomly - almost destroying the mankind. Re noticed this change of his daughter end sent out her older sister Hathor, who was able to stop her together with the god Thoth, who had the idea to make her drunk with beer, looking like blood, and comfort her.
Together with her sisters, her husband and her sun, Sachmet is a very loving character. She always has an open ear for everybody and tries to help the poor and sick. Sometimes she is taking almost too much care of her son or her sisters, which might be he reason, that she gets aggressive really easily when someone is threatening her family.
Sachmet likes to be the center of attention, to dance and to drink - unfortunately she can't stomach alcohol and falls asleep very fast. Another weakness is her passion for fluffy things and bells - she really becomes a kitten then.
