• The draconic manifestation of a wishing star that shines above the Starwood Strand.
• He is how the star actually grants the wishes.
• Although the star is visible all throughout Sornieth, the Starwood Strand is the one of the only places with a high enough concentration of raw magic for him to exist.
• Due to this, the further he strays from the center of the forest the weaker he becomes.
• He jingles when he moves.
• Only capable of manifesting on nights where the star is visible.
• He will temporarily fade from existence if it gets covered by clouds, and completely disappears during the day.
• This can get quite inconvenient as during stormy periods he will just not exist for a good few days.

This is kinda just me giving him lore for being my wishlist dragon.
