Morrow was born under the treetops which belonged to the Gladekeeper. He lived a fairly peaceful younghood, but he seeked something more...exciting then what he had. He had only heard tales of the lands the other flights inhabited due to how protective his parents had been about the topic, so once he grew old enough he ran away to explore them for himself.

After traversing multiple terrains, he met the land of the Plaugebringer. Most visitors would call this land foul and unnerving, but Morrow found a certain beauty to it despite it being the complete opposite from where he'd grown. After passing through other clans who hailed the Plaugebringer, both good and bad, he decided this place was alright to live in if you knew how to survive it's disasters.

So, he began figuring out how to do so.

Night after night, day after day, Morrow would study the creatures that lived under the Plaugebringer and the type of sickness that spread. The animals were similar to those in the Gladekeepers lands, but they seemed..infected with something. Many of them looked like walking corpses, zombies almost. Tattered and rotted skin hung from places it shouldn't and bones were left visible and seemingly broken. The creatures still moved and thrived as if they were in zero pain though. it was quite strange to someone who had grown in such an opposite environment, but Morrow took notes and tried his best to understand how it worked here.

One day while he was out on his studies, a Gaoler with the claimed name of Devastation greeted him. It put Morrow on the fence, but the others sarcasm and kindness was calming. After some chatter, Dev mentioned what Morrow was doing all the way out in the Wandering Contagion. A simple question turned into an hour of Morrow explaining his life story to Devastation, and Dev in turn explained his.

To cut a story short, the two became pretty close friends after that meeting. Dev would join Morrow on his expeditions, the two studying the sickness that took over this part of Sornieth together.
