Commander Ledi   
Occupation: Commander, ichthyologist, magitech designer
Where one path ends, another one begins. He pronouns Note: character is odd mix between being my self insert, my oc and my gw2 main. Functions as the dragon that represents me as player. Born with the weight of whole world resting on his shoulders. From young age he has lived rough and turbulent life full of war and turmoil. His life purpose has guided him through many lifetimes worth of difficulties, and he his skin is a book with many stories about the things he has survived. He often suffers nightmares and flashbacks from the things he has experienced. Even after a decade, he is still most affected by the events that led to losing his first love. At his youth, he has discovered that despite of being a man, he happened to be born with a body that is usually seen as a woman's body. He used to be rather aggressive and short tempered out of the irritation of everyone around him mistaking him for a woman. To remedy this, he has been through both magical and medical treatments to bring his appearance be more on line with who he is in reality. Currently his identity struggles are mostly just related to many women wanting his attention, despite of his interests being in other men, and as he has recently discovered, occasionally in nonbinary individuals as well. At heart Ledi is a scholar, with greatest passion for magic conductivity. Many consider his passion to be borderline obsessive, as he has written several tomes of catalogs where he has recorded the magic conductivity measurements of any materials he has came across. He also designs magic powered technology (primarily disability aids, occasionally weaponry as well). As a hobby he researches (and against what is normal for his species, eats) fish. For outsiders Ledi appears like a charismatic and aloof, but if you get to know to him, you will discover that he is rather eccentric individual, and loyal to the fault. His speech is sprawling and often difficult to follow, and whenever he is nervous, he tends to stutter a lot. He is most excited to discuss about magic conductivity and fish. He tends to keep to himself, and warms up slowly, because he is afraid of people rejecting him due to being odd and bit broken. Despite of this, he will not hesitate to jump in to protect strangers. |
