Sprinkle's very cute! I do like 689 numbers, and his ID is very much a 689. I'm a big fan of the double palindrome he has going there, too - 66 is, technically, a palindrome. So, yes, he has two - 899998-66. (Of course, SIDHA doesn't recognize mini-palis, but a dragon called Sprinkle isn't really going to listen to the regulation imo.)
I see he has many admirers who are eager to draw him, too. Rightfully so - the way that accent sits on him is really nice, especially with that rainbow fade on the tips of the wings and fins. I particularly like the way the edges of his paint-splotches conveniently make cloud-shapes, thanks to the rainbow stickers over the wings.

There are so many different smells mixed in this creature that it's hard to make out a single one: candies, chocolate, glue, funfetti, crayola. The final result is something that you can only describe as "nostalgic" and very very sweet.
