With my last few subjects being happy little accidents, I decided to test my new research. Obviously, I did not need anything too complicated to create these artificial beings, but I wanted something with more intelligence then a simple apparition. I had the lovers find me a subject and, on the night of a terrible storm, we sacrificed him to the Shade. As the ritual completed, lightning struck and the dragon that was created in that moment was horrifically magnificent. The powers of the storms it calls is a wonder to behold, belching black acid rain and green lightning that sickens the earth and saps all life from the bones. The Black Tempest, it calls itself, and it is a harbinger of destruction. My enemies will fall easily to its power should it ever come to a battle. It does not stay here - it would be far too dangerous to have such a destructive force a constant. I will let it loose to terrorize Sornieth until I have need of it.
