Eiger wandered Plague's emptiest plains, running aimlessly for so long he could not remember when he started. He could not recall a family or friends. It felt like death itself was chasing him. He worried about what might happen if he stopped. He stumbled over dead branches and past crumbling cliffsides, even through an abandoned fatcory once, until one day he collapsed.

He felt something soft brush over his face. Perhaps death had finally come for him...

"Get up," A voice called. A claw poked Eiger's face.

Eiger lifted his head and looked up. A mirror draped in elegant robes end jewelry, just a little bigger than him, was looking down at him.

Turns out, Eiger did not meet death that day. Relic found him instead. After resting a few hours, Eiger still wanted to keep going. Relic convinced him to slow down long enough to speak with her. They walked for a few hours. Eventually they sat down and ate together. Eiger soon fell asleep near a large, dead tree...

...Years later, he had hardly moved from this spot. It always felt like death was hovering nearby, but Eiger knew it was not his time yet. He needed to be here with Relic and his children. They had many over the years, and while most wandered off, though Lucky chose to stay with her partner. Eiger taught them all not to fear death. It was not their time. A large collection of bones now decorated both his body and the mangled, dead tree he slept beneath.
