Some very special flowers have bloomed in the meadow and some very special sheep have descended in search of them! Marigold thinks these sheep are rather pretty, but she wants her flowers to be left in peace. Take up a net or twelve to catch some sheep friends of your own!

To Catch a Cloud Sheep:

The Cloud Sheep that visit the meadow are a playful sort and one of their favorite games to play is chase. If you would like to ask a sheep to come and live in your lair, you'll need one of Marigold's impossibly long-handled nets to wrangle one, otherwise they'll be nearly impossible to catch.

A standard net collects one standard sheep! Isn't that neat?

Can I Change My Cloud Sheep's Appearance?

You may flip your sheep or change it's size, but nothing more than that. Removing the signature is expressly forbidden and will result in you being blacklisted from all of my adopt shops.

Where Can My Cloud Sheep Appear?

Your sheep would love to visit anywhere on Flight Rising! Linking back to this thread is appreciated, though, as Cloud Sheep like to acknowledge their origins.

Can I Trade My Cloud Sheep With Other People?

Yes. Cloud Sheep enjoy visiting new places. Please feel free to trade your sheep with other users.

You may also sell sheep traveling papers (sell your adopts) in site currency! Though, we would ask you not to allow traveling fees for your sheep to exceed 90g/90kt. Cloud Sheep are prone to drifting anyway, so they don't tend cost as much to move as some adopts.

Cloud Sheep are also pleased to swap places with adopts from other shops, if you feel so inclined.

Can I Use This Thread To Trade Sheep??

Absolutely! Of course, you are welcome to make your own trading thread, too. But I don't have an issue with people posting here.

Can I Order A Custom Sheep?

No! Sheep are born as they are! But that is why you can trade them, for other sheep/adopts.

Does This Shop Have A Tracker Sheet?

Not a public one, at this time. I do have a private sheet where I keep track of Sheep, so that there is no overlap (i.e.: I haven't given two people the same sheep), but that won't be useful to you at this time.

Image Saving & Sizing Info:

Hello again!

This section has been put together to help you learn how to save images to your device. I have also shared my hosting situation below, so that you can use the same, if you so desire. Alongside that, I have shared information with regards to resizing images if they've been hosted there.

To copy your adopt images to your device, just right click on them and press Save Image As. Name the file as you see fit. And please let me know if your image is automatically trying to save as anything other than a PNG file. PNG files are required in order to maintain background transparency.
I host my images on a private blog on Google's Blogger platform. These blogs do have a hosting limit attached to them, but they are also free. If you're looking for a place to store your art, I do recommend this service, as I've been using it for upwards of ten years and have had no problems, thus far.
Once your image is hosted, you're likely to want to post it to a dragon profile, your clan profile, a forum signature, or a forum post. To copy the image URL to use in a dragon bio, clan profile, or forum signature, please right click the image on the host site and click Copy Image Code. Then choose the Insert Image option from any of the aforementioned pages and paste the URL in there.
To change your image size, read through the URL and find the section that says /s320/. Changing that section to say /s100/ will make it fit in a signature. But you can also scale up to /s400/ or go lower if you prefer a smaller image! Eventually you will hit the size limit with regards to perfect clarity, but you can test things out to see how large it goes. For reference, they seem to be able to withstand /s480/:

Hello, everyone!

Welcome to the new Sheep Shoppe!

You may recognize parts of this design from my original adopt shop; but while I used parts of those sheep as a reference, I redrew these from the ground up. They're a little fluffier looking than they were before and they've shed the 'gene' sections, but they have gained accessories and patterns that were previously unavailable. Anyway, I hope you enjoy them!

On another note, I've been a bit delayed with my pings, but I wanted to let you all know that Marigold's Sheep Shoppe is now open for our first event: Bedtime Stories!

Sheep are always RNG, but during this event, they will release in basic site colors, with either no patterns, dark cow spots, or their fade color's cow spots!

This event will go from December 14th (today) through December 20th.

Get your sheep nets out now, because these sheep will go back into hiding for a while after this week!
