It was not long before the wicked Asa learned of her daughter’s crimes, murdering all of Mage’s siblings in cold blood while they were still in their eggs, and cursing Mage herself to hatch as a weak, sickly creature that was doomed to die soon after. Mage’s father believed there was hope for his child’s safety, however, and carried her egg all the way back to his home kingdom, pleading his parents to care for his lone surviving child in his and Ether’s stead. It was Iris who embraced Mage, raising her granddaughter as her own, keeping the young mirror alive in her hatching with her own magic. Mage was born blind and weak, yet still different. Though taciturn, she is wise beyond her years, and has been from the very start. Chivalry is the strongest of the two, following in his father’s footsteps as a valiant upholder of justice, yet assuming more of a passive, monastic lifestyle than the path of a warrior. Though originally born a mirror like his mother and older siblings, the kingdom’s most powerful mage, who happened to have been blessed by the clan’s second deity, the Lightweaver, transformed him into a creature he felt would be able to better handle the innate magic within him without it becoming too much on the poor little dragon. With the overflow of power more evenly distributed between two heads, two siblings who could help one another for life, and a body that would stay smaller, the child had a better chance at settling into a much more normal life. Individually, the siblings are known as Comfort, the pale head, and Passion, the dark head, though together they are Compassion. They are very close and peaceful; never once have they had so much as a quarrel. While they both have their own thoughts and personalities, their minds and their heart are still linked as one.[/color][/font][/columns]

Born to a clan of Water, it was a bit of an adjustment for her to arrive in a place full of so many new faces, including several relatives she didn’t know. She tends to be shy and keep to herself, her communications usually consisting of a shy smile and a nervous shuffle. In general, she prefers to be left to tinker around with her clockwork inventions, though she doesn’t mind someone coming by to watch her work for a bit as long as they don’t try to make conversation.
