As winter comes to an end and spring tries to get on its feet, a late winter storm has swept across the Starfall Isles all of this month! The Aethers were planning a little planetarium presentation for their anniversary crash on Sornieth, but the loss of the stars for so long has let our furry friends quite down. Now, that just won't do, will it? It's time to see what we can do to bring a little joy to our friends with a new invention: starglobes!

• The raffle will be accepting dragons from 00:30 FRT on 23rd March until 23:45 FRT on 29th March. Drawings will not begin until after 1st April.
• Dragons can be sent by Private Auctions or Crossroads. Each attendant has a preference selected on the spreadsheet.
• Dragons sent via one-way Crossroads or 1t Private Auction are worth four times as many tickets.
• If you are using the Crossroads, please include the total payout in the notes. This will make the process of completing your Crossroad faster and easier for everyone. There is no need to include ticket amounts, the sheet will automatically calculate the proper amount.
• All attendants offer gems.
• The spreadsheet will be cleared daily during rollover. Tickets totals can be viewed here.
  If you find an error in the recording of your tickets, please message @Neffi directly.
• Tickets may be purchased for 1000 treasure or 1 gem a ticket. Please send payment to @Neffi either via PM or 1-Way CR.

• Drawings will be done using Javascript's random function via a script coded for Google Sheets by LavenderAmethyst.
• Winners have 24 hours to respond with an itemized list of prizes. If there is no response a winner will be put on the top of the next round. If another 24 hours goes by the player's name will go back into the pool.
• Each player is eligible to win once. Daily Prizes do not count toward this.
• Each player can only win one top tier prize. Winning one will not count towards winning in the raffle drawings.
