The PrimaPrix on Alfonso is beyond belief. The skinny old manager that is abusive is a complete contradiction of her job. There used to be a few good girls in the beginning that quit. It's pretty obvious why. You abuse customers then you do that to staff as well and pick staff with your bad character. Good job PrimaPrix. I really appreciate your lack of response over 4 months to several people in corporate. I have also reported this behavior to the city. I asked the manager why the new overweight cashier...not a local for description only never says thank you, the cashier say's because I don't have to. I said it's basic customer service to say thank you, and the customer always happily says thank you back. Well I brought this up with the manager. She's looking me up and down with this face of hers ......haha...and she is quite a sight to behold....the irony...and she gets aggressive and nasty saying her cashier's don't have to thank the customers... actually escalating a peaceful professional exchange she's incapable of being an uneducated dog . This is beyond the worst manager...making an ugly face which is not difficult in her case and then defending the cashier. I never in my life received such horrible service or confronted such an abusive manager in my life.(Again the city is now on this) I have lived in NYC and even in the worst bodegas and this never has happened. Please note all the other PrimaPrix stores in Zaragoza Spain are good in there stock, size and Courteous service. I have complained to headquarters and numerous times and have received NO response. Really pathetic way to run a business or allow a store on Alfonso in Zaragoza Spain continue like this.
Just discovered them at their new shop in Estepona. Very good choice of branded goods that are often not sold by the bigger companies like Mercadona, Dia and Carrefour.
Noticed on getting home and checking the till receipt that the girl had inadvertently added a 7.50e detergent that belonged to the next customer. She handed the detergent back but forgot to remove it from my bill. I returned this morning with the receipt, but the girl was not working. I explained in my rubbishy spanish what had happened. The new girl asked for my card and credited me in full. I was so prepared for an arguement and was delighted to say that she trusted me. Such a rareity. I will certainly be returning and not for more refunds! Easy underground parking and spaces above ground with electric car charging.
