Nightmare. Tracked delivery until 1 stop away, then suddenly cancelled. Supposedly needed more address info. Chat help was not helpful - package was put on hold as collection only for next 3 days - probably because it got soaking wet. After 2 more chats with chat help that went nowhere I had to go back to retailer to sort it, but it was finally sorted when Mercy stepped in.

It’s a great platform with loads of information, but is relying on databases, like Land Registry, that aren’t up to date. I purchased my package Friday afternoon and couldn’t access the full package until Monday morning, so if buying in buy in a weekday, so you can get help quickly for the days purchased
