Times I wonder what’ll happen if someone were to write a Touran crossover fics like… imagine what happen if any of the Shinsengumi swords were to end up in Gintama world and meet up with their alternate universe former masters… or what’ll Mutsunokami feel seeing the silly Sakamoto Tatsuma who’s not quite like Ryoma but very much like Ryoma and still very much alive and travelling the universe.
Or even the other swords who had lived through the Sengoku period and then stare at how different their alternate universe former masters from Sengoku Basara–but more importantly what Shokudairi would ever think about his very odd Harley-horse-riding, mixed-language speaking Date Masamune-sama 👀
Thankfully… there’s like ZERO likelihood for me to ever write a Touken RanbuxSengoku Basara fanfictions…. but the Gintama crossovers tho…😅😅😅
Shit… what happens if Sengo Muramasa meet Sephiroth??🤣🤣🤣
As a huge fan of Hiroki Suzuki I want to share my love to this man with another butai people. So I`ve put together all the links for his stages that I can find. Greatest thanks to Aoihono96 for her priceless help and endless kindness.
Hello Mabs, im sorry to bother you, but do you have any tips on how to make the back design of Masamune's school uniform and the eyepatch? I'm planning wearing him for my senior portraits. Also your cosplays are awesome.
You’re definitely not bothering! Questions and comments are always welcome!
For the design on the back of Masa’s uniform, I actually just used fabric paint!
Same with the back of Masa’s actual jacket, actually.
If you want to get fancy though, I would recommend using
Double-Sided Fusible Interfacing! You should be able to buy it at most craft stores! Essentially you iron it onto the design you want to use, position that in place, and then iron it onto the jacket–super easy. It’s what I used for the design on Sada-Chan’s cape.
I’m went hunting through my phone and it turns out I don’t have any good pictures of the process on Masa’s eyepatch, but here’s a close up!
It’s made of:
faux leather
craft foam
elastic
gold bias tape
The main eyepatch piece starts with a piece of leather (right side up), and the a piece of craft foam (with holes cut in it of course), so I could make it look a little thicker. I placed another piece of leather on top of that, and then covered the raw edges with smaller pieces of leather. The band actually weaves through all of that so that it’s more secure. Speaking of, I also sewed the edges of the eyepatch and zigazag part all together for further stability.
Make sure you keep checking the size as you go! If it’s too tight, it will be super uncomfortable and could harm your eye.
Thanks again for the question and good luck with your cosplay! <3
